6ixShine provides various property solutions including but not limited to window cleaning, Christmas lights installation, handyman services, gutter cleaning, snow removal, painting services, powerwashing services, and yard & lawn maintenance. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of services will be outlined in a separate written agreement or quote provided to you.
Use of Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Service Agreements and Quotes
When you request our services, we may provide you with a quote or service agreement that outlines the specific terms, including price, scope of work, timeline, and payment terms. These specific terms will supplement these general Terms of Service.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are subject to change if the scope of work is modified or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or quote. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, we may establish a payment schedule based on project milestones.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, e-transfers, and checks. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
For ongoing service contracts, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee for all services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
For specific projects, additional warranties may apply and will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6ixShine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our website or services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Insurance and Licensing
6ixShine maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. We are fully licensed to provide our services in accordance with local regulations. Documentation of our insurance and licensing is available upon request.
Intellectual Property
